14-day change-of-mind returns

For a change of mind, return your item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are excluded from this voluntary change-of-mind policy.

You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. Original delivery charges are not refunded for these returns. Once we receive and check an eligible return, we will refund the item price to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

Australian Consumer Law protects your rights if a product is faulty, unsafe or does not match its description. A major product fault entitles you to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor fault, we will arrange a free remedy within a reasonable time. Other remedies, including compensation for eligible loss, may also apply.

These rights are separate from our change-of-mind policy. They are not limited to 14 or 90 days, and do not depend on keeping the original packaging or tags. They also apply to sale items. The reasonable period of protection depends on the product and the circumstances.

How to request help or start a return

Call 0401 784 659 with your order number or other proof of purchase, the item details and the reason for your return. For a suspected fault, describe the problem; photographs can help with assessment. We will provide return instructions and may assess the product. If the product is confirmed to have a fault covered by consumer guarantees, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
