What makes the Leaduo lead 2-in-1?

It combines a dog lead with an integrated waste-bag-roll pouch near the handle. The pouch has a snap closure for refilling and an opening for pulling through the next bag.

How do I refill the pouch?

Open the snap closure, place a waste-bag roll inside and feed the first bag through the dispensing opening. Close the pouch and check your bag supply before heading out.

Which colours are available?

The lead comes in Eclipse Black with black hardware and Sandstone Beige with gold-tone hardware.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver within Australia. International delivery is unavailable.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard Australian delivery is A$10.95 per order, with free shipping on orders over A$100. The applicable charge and final order total are shown at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address?

Call 0401 784 659 as soon as possible so we can check whether the address can be changed before dispatch.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Return it within 14 days of delivery, unused and unwashed, in its original condition with tags attached and original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are excluded from this voluntary policy. You pay return postage, and original delivery charges are not refunded for a change of mind. See our Shipping & Returns policy for the return process.

What if my item is faulty or does not match its description?

Your Australian Consumer Law rights are separate from change-of-mind returns and are not limited to 14 or 90 days. A major product fault entitles you to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor fault, we will arrange a free remedy within a reasonable time. Call 0401 784 659 with your order number or other proof of purchase and details of the problem.
